We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help Ineffable Films develop and implement a strategy to recruit and onboard volunteers and mentors. This project includes:
• Assessing current volunteer and mentor pipelines and identifying gaps
• Creating outreach strategies to attract diverse volunteers and mentors (local and remote)
• Designing onboarding processes and engagement touchpoints to ensure volunteers are supported and productive
Ineffable Films empowers young filmmakers from diverse cultural backgrounds to tell their stories and share them globally. Increasing the number and quality of volunteers and mentors will directly enhance program delivery, provide students with more guidance and mentorship, and expand the reach of our educational and creative initiatives. This project will help us build a sustainable, engaged community that fuels growth and amplifies youth voices.
We already have a volunteer base and an outline of mentor roles. Our team will provide access to existing volunteer/mentor data, program descriptions, and our Go High Level CRM. We will work closely with the volunteer on regular check-ins, provide timely feedback, and share internal knowledge needed to design an actionable recruitment plan.

Organization Mission

Ineffable Films is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young filmmakers from international lineages to tell the human journey of awakening in a world different from them, yet one they cannot abandon. We explore narratives that expose and celebrate the cultures, ethnicities, and communities of worlds both real and imagined. Our mission is to support these teenagers, especially those from BIPOC backgrounds, in telling their unique human journeys through the powerful medium of film. We operate primarily in the Greater Boston area, including Somerville, Cambridge, and Brookline, with aspirations to expand our reach and impact.
