We are seeking a volunteer to craft a plan to engage high-net-worth individuals in a major donor program for our organization. This plan should incorporate the following:
-Developing a donor persona for high-net-worth individuals who would be a good fit for outreach
-Developing messaging for this audience
-Crafting a communications plan for donor outreach
-Suggesting marketing and business development strategies to expand this donor pipeline

This project will NOT include:
-Donor solicitation

Successful development of an effective major gift strategy will help create a more stable revenue stream to fulfill our mission, in addition to our monthly pledges and ad hoc giving. Over the 5 years of Tiyara's existence, we have received two $50k gifts. The volunteer partner will have the satisfaction of helping us steady this revenue stream and empowering us to better fulfill our mission.

We have a database of people who have engaged with our website, which includes information from which to identify potential relationships to cultivate. We need guidance and help in identifying the right prospects to reach out to, and in developing appropriate strategies for ongoing engagement and soliciting funds. Executive leadership will work closely with the professional volunteer, with additional involvement from board members.
