We’re planning a virtual retreat for Creshendo’s team leads and are seeking a skilled facilitator to help us design and lead the experience.

The goal of the retreat is to build leadership capacity across our global team. Our leads oversee volunteers from multiple countries and time zones, and they are navigating the challenges of remote collaboration, emotional labor, and mission-driven burnout.

We’re looking for a facilitator who can:
• Lead a live virtual session (one day or split across two half-days)
• Guide peer-to-peer learning and open dialogue
• Integrate practical tools on team management, communication, and leadership
• Offer reflective and interactive exercises to promote growth
• Support a safe, energizing space that centers clarity, confidence, and care

We welcome creative ideas. The format is flexible, but the goals are clear — to build stronger, more aligned, and more supported team leads.
Creshendo is a global nonprofit working to co-create educational, economic, and storytelling programs with migrant and displaced communities. We are entirely volunteer-led, with a diverse and dedicated team spread across 12 countries.

Our team leads are the backbone of our operations. This retreat is designed to give them the tools, reflection space, and support they need to lead effectively and sustainably.

By facilitating this retreat, you’ll be helping us build not just better teams — but better systems for global solidarity, inclusion, and collective leadership.
You’ll work closely with our Executive Director to co-design the structure and content of the retreat. We’ll provide context about the team, time zone ranges, areas of focus, and specific challenges leads are facing.

We’ll handle logistics, scheduling, and tech support. You’ll focus on shaping the experience and facilitating meaningful interaction. A few pre-meetings (brief and structured) will ensure we’re aligned and prepared before the retreat date.
