Copywriting: Email Drafting

We’re seeking a volunteer to create 1-3 eye-catching email drafts that will capture a reader’s attention with clear messaging and drive them to follow through on our call to action. We would like the content to be focused on these topics:
Donor Engagement & Fundraising Emails – Emails that introduce LoopTroop Foundation’s mission, highlight success stories, and inspire individuals and organizations to donate or become recurring supporters.

Volunteer & Partner Recruitment Emails – Templates to invite professionals, local organizations, and corporate sponsors to partner with us, volunteer their expertise, or join our cause.

Program Awareness Emails – Informational emails that share updates about our core programs (LoopJobs, LoopHousing, LoopTalk, LoopLegal, and LoopConnect), highlighting the direct impact these services have on justice-impacted individuals and their families.

Through this project, the volunteer will play a vital role in strengthening our ability to reach, inspire, and mobilize supporters for LoopTroop Foundation’s mission. By creating clear and compelling email content, the volunteer will help us connect with donors, partners, and community members who make our programs possible. This project directly supports our mission to empower justice-impacted individuals and their families with housing, jobs, therapy, legal aid, and transportation support. Every email drafted will help us expand our reach, secure critical funding, and build the partnerships needed to ensure returning citizens have the resources and dignity they deserve. In short, the volunteer’s words will fuel the actions that change lives.

We have a dedicated team member who will provide you with examples of emails we’ve sent previously, as well as key points we want to be included in each. Our volunteer will be provided with information on our key audiences and organizational key messages.
