Leading for Impact: Strategic Leadership to Scale Our Mission

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager to help guide and strengthen our organizational operations, strategy, and impact. As we continue to grow and expand our programs, we need high-level leadership support to ensure our initiatives are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with our long-term goals.

The volunteer will support us by:

Strategic Planning & Execution: Review our current operations and help refine strategies to improve efficiency, program delivery, and organizational growth.

Leadership Coaching & Team Development: Provide mentorship to staff leaders, helping build management capacity and improve decision-making processes.

Operational Systems Improvement: Recommend enhancements to internal workflows, communications, and reporting structures to improve cross-team collaboration.

Scaling Programs for Growth: Support planning around expansion, partnerships, or new initiatives that will help us reach more people and increase our impact.

With 2–5 hours a week over several weeks, your leadership will help shape the future of our organization—ensuring that our mission is delivered with maximum effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
