We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us develop a clear, actionable strategic plan that strengthens each organization’s impact, sustainability, and alignment with its mission. The project will include refining goals, analyzing programs and partnerships, and creating a practical roadmap with measurable outcomes to help both CSSP and CFS expand their reach and effectiveness in supporting families.
This project will directly advance our mission by improving coordination across programs, clarifying priorities, and using data more effectively to measure and communicate impact. The resulting strategic plan will strengthen our capacity to serve families, deepen partnerships, and help the organization achieve long-term sustainability.
We will set this project up for success by clearly defining goals, timelines, and roles from the start, ensuring alignment with leadership and board priorities. The volunteer will receive access to key data, stakeholders, and background materials, and we will hold regular check-ins for feedback and course correction. A small steering group will guide the process, ensuring decisions are informed, collaborative, and quickly implemented.
