Framework: Next.js
Repository: GitHub
Key tasks include:
Designing layouts using Figma, Canva, or another preferred tool
Enhancing existing pages with consistent colors, fonts, and overall design
Aligning visuals with KCCF’s mission and emotional tone
Collaborating with our volunteer developer to ensure compatibility with our tech stack (Next.js + GitHub)
You’ll begin by auditing the current site and proposing a site architecture and design approach, including wireframes and other visual elements. We’ll schedule regular check-ins to provide feedback and ensure smooth collaboration.
Staging access and existing design files (Figma and Canva)
A clear scope of work and weekly goals
A dedicated point of contact for ongoing support and communication
Coordination between the designer and our in-house developer to ensure smooth implementation
We are committed to clear, respectful communication and providing all the materials and feedback needed to support the volunteer’s success.
