Creshendo seeks an experienced graphic designer to create impactful visuals to support our storytelling and program materials. You’ll work on:

• Social media graphics
• Educational materials (slide decks, PDFs, workshop content)
• Campaign visuals and branding elements
• Layouts for reports or impact statements

We’d love to see a portfolio of past work, especially if you’ve worked in nonprofit, advocacy, or educational spaces. The ideal designer is collaborative, open to feedback, and thoughtful about how visuals communicate across cultures and contexts.
Creshendo’s work centers on dignity, visibility, and opportunity for migrants and displaced people. Strong design helps us share our stories, teach our curriculum, and communicate with funders and partners around the world.

Your visuals won’t just look good - they’ll carry real meaning and impact.
You’ll be supported by our brand strategist and communications team. We already have brand colors, fonts, and style references. You’ll receive clear briefs for each assignment and be looped into our shared design folder on Canva or Figma (based on your tools).

We work with kindness, clarity, and good communication and we’re excited to bring on someone who enjoys being part of a creative, globally-minded team.
