Grant Proposal Development
The core deliverable is a fully drafted and polished grant proposal based on one of the following two opportunities (we have identified targets, but the writer can help refine):
-A Foundation/Corporate CSR Grant focused on employee mental health, wellbeing, or Future of Work innovation.
-A European/Swiss Government Grant focused on R&D/product validation for socially impactful technology.
The volunteer will collaborate with our team to structure the narrative and synthesize the content.
Key Tasks:
-Review our existing comprehensive Case for Support (provided in document format, highlighting our science, methodology, and ROI).
-Structure the proposal according to the chosen grant application's requirements.
-Draft compelling sections focusing on problem, solution, methodology, and measurable impact/ROI
-Help synthesize our extensive data points, such as predicting burnout 1-4 weeks out and quantifying impact (e.g., $4.7kâ$75k+ saved per prevented departure).
Commitment: Approximately 3-5 hours per week for 4-6 weeks to complete the drafting/editing cycle.
Our mission is to move past simple employee surveys and provide an intelligent intervention system that genuinely improves employee lives while driving measurable business impact. By supporting us, you will directly help us:
Prevent Burnout: Scale our ability to detect high burnout risk and trigger actions (like workload reduction or resources) within 24 hours.
Elevate Leadership: Equip managers with science-backed, data-driven coaching modules to improve team engagement (70% of team engagement depends on manager quality).
Future-Proof Wellbeing: Create organizational resilience by transforming motivation and wellbeing data into targeted, timely action at the individual, team, and organizational level.
Your pro bono work will allow us to focus our initial budget entirely on product development, accelerating our ability to reduce turnover and combat the global mental health crisis in the workplace.
Materials Ready: We will provide the volunteer with our detailed business solutions document , including our value proposition, intervention framework, risk detection thresholds, and predictive modeling engine.
Proof of Concept/Science: The core mechanism of going From Data to Outcome (Data Collection ->Intelligent Analysis ->Risk Detection ->Tailored Interventions ->Measurable Outcomes) is fully documented
Clarity on Impact/ROI: We have quantified the financial impact, including expected productivity gains (21â23% more profitable for highly engaged companies) and healthcare savings (25â50% reduction in stress-related claims)
Team Support: The co-founder will serve as the dedicated project lead, providing prompt feedback and necessary access to financial/legal details.
