We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer to help us with a concise review of current finance processes and procedures that identifies manual-effort bottlenecks and offers prioritized recommendations to streamline operations, plus a practical roadmap for adopting an electronic timekeeping system. Specifics will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Streamlining fiscal processes and implementing electronic timekeeping will reduce administrative burden and errors, enabling staff to focus more time on delivering high-quality programs. Volunteers will strengthen the organization's capacity to better serve youth in North San Diego County.

The new executive director will lead and collaborate with the volunteer. Details and materials will be provided during interviews so volunteers can map workflows, validate findings, and co-develop prioritized, actionable recommendations. Leadership will review outcomes to inform next steps.
