We’re looking for a financial strategy or nonprofit revenue mentor to work 1:1 with our Executive Director over the course of 4–6 weeks to co-create a simple, actionable revenue plan for FY26. This short-term project will help Creshendo define a realistic mix of revenue streams (grants, fundraising campaigns, partnerships, and more), and offer clear guidance on how to pursue them effectively.

Key deliverables:
• A customized nonprofit revenue strategy plan
• Target ranges for grants, campaigns, and partner outreach
• Recommendations on funder types and approaches (U.S. and EU)
• Guidance on tracking efforts over time

We’re not looking for someone to fundraise for us, we’re looking for someone to help us build the map, so our leadership can move forward with clarity.
Creshendo co-creates programs with refugee and migrant communities worldwide. Our programs are growing, but sustainable funding remains a barrier. By helping us identify where to focus and how you’ll be building long-term stability into a mission that deserves to last.
How will you set this project up for success?
You’ll work directly with our ED, who has a clear understanding of the organization’s mission, traction, and current gaps. We can provide you with:
• A list of past funding efforts
• Key organizational goals for FY26
• A board member with finance experience to consult as needed

We’re seeking your mentorship to turn early-stage ambition into a focused revenue path.
