Partner with us to help us build a strategic marketing plan that resonates with diverse audiences.

Deliverables include:

• Review existing materials (three flyers and three brochures)
• Create a marketing plan tailored to patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy advocates, and corporate partners.
• Build a messaging framework aligned with our mission and values.
• Segment audiences and recommend outreach strategies to grow and retain membership across categories.

The goal is to emerge with a plan on how to revise informational materials and a realistic marketing plan that positions NAEHD to increase membership, retain diverse stakeholders, and raise awareness of our activities and campaigns.
NAEHD exists to end health disparities and advance equity in all communities by building the FIRST national collaborative movement that unites patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy advocates, corporate partners, and many more. To achieve this mission, we need a clear, compelling brand identity and marketing strategy that reflects the urgency and importance of our work.

This project will directly support our mission by ensuring that our communications resonate with diverse audiences and inspire them to join the movement. A strategic marketing plan will help us reach patients, navigators, students, clinicians, researchers, policy analysts, faculty, fellows, and corporate partners — increasing membership, retaining engagement, and building a diverse base of supporters.

By contributing their skills, volunteers will help NAEHD raise awareness of our campaigns, amplify patient voices, and mobilize communities nationwide. Their work will not only enhance how we present ourselves but also expand our reach, enabling us to drive systemic change and create lasting impact in the fight to end health disparities
We are committed to setting this project up for success by preparing thoroughly and ensuring strong follow‑through. NAEHD’s leadership has already gained internal buy‑in for this work, and we have gathered our existing brand and marketing materials to share with the volunteer. This will give them a clear picture of our current identity and resources that needs updates.

We have also completed related groundwork, including refining our offerings which provides a strong foundation for brand and marketing enhancements. Our team is ready to provide timely feedback, collaborate closely, and ensure the volunteer’s recommendations are implemented.

The outcomes of this project will be integrated directly into our marketing & communications strategy: refreshed brand identity and the marketing plan will guide our outreach to patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy advocates, and corporate partners. By aligning volunteer deliverables with our ongoing membership growth and campaign activities, we will ensure their work has immediate impact and long‑term sustainability.
