We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us develop a properly organized QuickBooks file and a completed nonprofit tax return, plus help us develop a clear step-by-step walkthrough and checklist that shows how to prepare and file future returns. Specifics and access details will be discussed with the volunteer.

Completing taxes and organizing finances will reduce costs and strengthen Girl Reports’ operational capacity, allowing more resources to support girls’ journalism, leadership, and skill development. Volunteers will directly help sustain our mission to empower girls to write their own future.

We maintain an up-to-date QuickBooks file and are ready to work with a volunteer to finalize organization and filings. Details, required documents, and access will be provided during interviews so the volunteer can confidently complete the return and train our team.
