We are looking for a volunteer to optimize our online accounting capability. This project will involve: designing a chart of accounts and fund structure for multiple program lines and restricted funds; configuring QuickBooks Online (Nonprofit) or Xero and recommending integrations; setting up program-level tracking for SIGUE Consulting, SIGUE Certification, and SIGUE Hub; creating grant/donor workflows, financial templates, and delivering brief training.

This work will enable transparent donor reporting, accurate program cost tracking, and stronger internal controls so SIGUE Network can responsibly scale its three program lines. Volunteers will directly strengthen the organization's capacity to support faith-based social projects across Latin America and U.S. Hispanic communities.

Leadership has requested this support and will participate in volunteer interviews to define priorities. Details and existing documents will be provided during scoping. The team is committed to adopting the recommended setup and using the templates and controls for donor and board reporting.
