We would like to complete a focused Google Ads optimization project for our nonprofit. The goal of this project is to review and improve our existing Google Ads account to ensure campaigns are well-structured, relevant, and aligned with best practices.

The volunteer would assist with reviewing current campaigns, refining keyword strategy, improving ad copy where needed, and providing optimization recommendations to increase performance and compliance. This is a short-term, project-based engagement intended to strengthen our digital advertising foundation rather than ongoing ad management.

This project will directly support our mission by helping Black Girl Magic Day, Inc. reach more families, supporters, and community partners who can benefit from and contribute to our programs.

By optimizing our Google Ads, we will be better positioned to increase awareness of initiatives that empower girls through confidence-building, creativity, and leadership. The volunteer’s work will help ensure that the right audiences can find our resources and events, allowing us to expand our reach and serve our community more effectively and sustainably.

Our team has prepared for this project by securing internal alignment on goals, ensuring access to our Google Ads account, and organizing existing campaign materials and website links for review.

We are ready to collaborate actively with the volunteer by responding promptly to questions, scheduling check-ins as needed, and providing timely feedback. All recommendations and optimizations from this project will be implemented by our team during or immediately after the engagement to ensure the work has a direct and lasting impact.
