We are seeking a Salesforce expert to support a structured data migration and cleanup project within our existing Salesforce environment. This work will involve reviewing and organizing client data, clinician data, donor records, and internal operational records to ensure accuracy and usability. The goal is to create a reliable, well structured Salesforce instance that supports service delivery, reporting, and long term growth. The volunteer would help assess current data quality, recommend best practices, and support hands on cleanup and migration where appropriate.
Droste Mental Health Services relies on accurate, well organized data to deliver ethical, responsive mental health care and to steward resources responsibly. Improving our Salesforce system will directly support client care coordination, clinician management, donor relationships, and organizational sustainability. By strengthening our data infrastructure, this project enables our team to spend less time troubleshooting systems and more time serving individuals and families. Volunteers supporting this work will have a tangible impact on service quality, organizational resilience, and community access to mental health support.
Internal leadership is aligned on the importance of this work and has prioritized time and access to ensure progress. Sensitive data access will be managed carefully and appropriately. Our team is prepared to implement recommendations, maintain changes after project completion, and integrate improved Salesforce practices into daily operations.
