We are looking for an expert in donor and grant management as well as in CRM (we are using Monday.com at the moment to help Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation (KCCF) optimize our Donor and Grant management infrastructure. We would like a volunteer to help us build a centralized "Command Center" that manages our four critical pillars:

Donor Management: Build a CRM pipeline that tracks the journey from first-time donor (via Zeffy/Givelively) to major gift supporter.

Grant management - similar to project management.

Volunteer Management: Create a database to track volunteer skills, availability, and hours, integrated with a simple intake form.

Beneficiary (Family) Support: Design a secure, HIPAA-compliant-style board to track the financial and emotional support requests from families in crisis.

Cross-Platform Automation: Set up all kinds of automations between our systems and make things easier for us.

KCCF Tech Stack:

Fundraising: Zeffy & Givelively
CRM/Ops: Monday.com (Work in progress)
Bookkeeping: QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Mailing: Mailchimp
Website/Dev: [https://thekccf.org] / Next.js & GitHub
KCCF was founded by teen cancer survivor Elana Koenig, who started with $900 in her piggy bank and turned it into a $3 million lifeline for families. We provide urgent financial and emotional support to children battling cancer so that no child has to fight alone.

By building our capacity, you are directly helping us direct more resources to families in crisis. When our "back-office" runs smoothly—and we can see our donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries in one place—we can focus 100% of our energy on the children we serve. Your professional skills will have a life-changing impact on our community.
To ensure we respect your time and hit your 2–5 hour weekly goal, we have prepared the following:

Full Admin Access: You will have full permissions to our Monday.com workspace and integration keys for our tech stack.

Process Documentation: We have outlined our current manual workflows to help you translate them into digital automations.

Dedicated POC: You will work directly with our leadership to ensure the boards meet our daily operational needs.
