Configure the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack based on the organization’s existing object and field mapping. The volunteer will update Contact object fields and values, evaluate and update user profiles, create SurveyMonkey forms and map them to Salesforce, build email templates and workflow rules, create custom reports, and import historic spreadsheet data. Additional details will be provided.
Streamlining Salesforce and SurveyMonkey integration will improve client tracking, program monitoring, and communications so staff can more effectively support women’s career development and measure outcomes that advance economic independence.
The team has an outline for mappings and a list of Contact fields and values. Volunteers will implement those specifications, build the integrations, and collaborate with staff for testing and handoff. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews, and staff will be available to review and validate changes to ensure adoption.
