We are looking for a volunteer to conduct a financial viability analysis of NMG's programs. This analysis should come with clear options and recommendations for reorganizing or dissolving individual programs or the agency, plus a high-level implementation roadmap and stakeholder considerations.

This project will help NMG focus resources on programs that best sustain high standards of care, dignity, and quality of life for clients. This volunteer's analysis and recommendations will support safe transitions, preserve essential services, and strengthen outcomes for the people NMG serves.

The CEO and management team will work directly with volunteer throughout the anticipated 12-week engagement and will share program, client, and staffing information described in the blurb; additional details will be provided during interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with leadership to refine recommendations.
