We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer to help us with creating a clear, actionable festival project plan containing a detailed timeline and a high-level operational strategy for planning and executing the film festival. The volunteer will outline milestones, sequencing, and recommended next steps. Specific dates, contacts, and budget details will be provided during interviews.

This planning work will enable us to produce an organized, well-timed festival that uses film, training, and events to inspire community members to feel, deal, and heal. Volunteers will directly support our ability to deliver meaningful arts programming and strengthen community healing within the black creator space

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, share existing planning notes, and make key stakeholders available for interviews so recommendations can be implemented. Details will be provided during the kickoff so the volunteer can tailor the timeline and strategy to our needs.
