We'd like to connect with a volunteer to set up a lightweight, nonprofit-friendly CRM and consolidate existing partner contacts into a clean partner data foundation. Configure custom partner fields, import and clean contacts, build a simple partner lifecycle, create 3–4 reusable email templates, add basic reminders/task triggers, and provide a 1–2 page user guide. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.
This system will help Project Breaking Barriers sustain and grow relationships that provide speakers, mentors, site visits, internships, and sponsorships. By making partner stewardship repeatable, volunteers will help expand consistent access and opportunities for youth from single-parent and under-resourced communities.
Success looks like staff being able to quickly view partner records, recent engagement, and next steps. The organization will provide existing contact lists, examples of current outreach, and at least one staff point of contact to review configurations and test templates. Additional details will be provided in interviews.
