We are seeking a volunteer to help us create a strategic business plan that defines goals, strategies, and phased implementation to reduce racial disparities in access to equitable housing for disconnected transition-aged young adults and underserved homeless seniors, including pathways to work, services, and positive development. Details will be provided.
This plan will advance systemic solutions to racial inequities by providing an actionable roadmap to expand equitable housing and access to employment, services, and development opportunities for marginalized youth and seniors of color, supporting programs and partnerships that rebuild economic and social opportunity in affected communities.
Details will be provided. In volunteer interviews we will share existing materials, clarify goals and stakeholders, and identify a primary contact to collaborate with the volunteer. We will work together to set realistic timelines and ensure the plan can be adopted by staff and partners.

Organization Mission

We seek systemic solutions to longstanding problems of racial inequities, especially those impacting underserved marginalized youth and young adults of color. The intersections of climate change, environmental injustice, and social injustice are key to our work. We work together with youth leaders and others to find equitable solutions that address the legacy of systemic racism, environmental injustice, and social injustice. We seek to rebuild the U.S. economy and social fabric in ways that work for everyone.
