We are seeking a volunteer to create a practical board recruitment plan with clear candidate profiles, suggested outreach channels, and a simple screening/interview approach. Specifics such as current board gaps, timelines, and role details will be discussed with volunteers during scoping.
A well-matched board will strengthen governance, fundraising, and community partnerships, helping Time-In Moms sustain and expand its free 90-minute in-home services. Volunteers will help us recruit leaders who increase organizational capacity and the number of moms we can support.
We will meet with volunteers to share current board composition, priority needs, and any existing role descriptions. Specific details and timelines will be provided during the initial conversations so volunteers can tailor recommendations and move the plan toward implementation.

Organization Mission

Time-In Moms, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is a community of women committed to helping mothers reclaim valuable time—90 minutes at a time. We understand that time is one of a mom’s most precious resources—often stretched thin between family, work, and daily tasks. While we can’t buy more time, we can create it. Our mission is to provide 90-minute, impactful bursts of support when moms need it most, at no cost. Whether it’s offering help with household chores, providing opportunities for self-care, or simply giving a mom a much-needed break, we believe in the power of moms helping moms. Motherhood is challenging, and it truly takes a village. Time-In Moms is that village, here to lighten the load and give moms the time they deserve. We provide three essential in-home services—light cleaning, childcare, and meal prep—all designed to help moms take a breath and reclaim their time. Each service is offered in 90-minute blocks, ensuring moms receive the support they need when they need it most. Each 90 minute session is provided at no cost, made possible by a community that pays it forward so moms get the support they deserve, families thrive, and communities grow stronger. That’s the heart of Time-In Moms: no matter the circumstance, every mom deserves a break and a helping hand.
