Tech Systems Assessment & Recommendations

How could our nonprofit use technology to build a stronger infrastructure? We need your help answering that question!

We're looking for someone to evaluate and advise us about our technology tools. Our team will share a detailed description of our existing systems and the tools we use for email, file sharing, program management, web hosting, web design, and customer relationship management (CRM). After assessing our basic needs, you'll make high-level recommendations to our team about ways to improve some of our basic processes or identify tools we can grow into as we mature. You'll need to keep our team and budget size in mind when considering tech solutions.

Our mission is to restore sight and improve quality of life for underserved individuals in St. Vincent and the Grenadines through sustainable eye care missions. While our work happens in clinics and communities on an a mission basis, its success depends heavily on the organizational structure and tools.

This project will build the IT foundation that will allow our mission to thrive.
By helping us evaluate and implement the right IT and CRM tools, you will directly improve how we:

Recruit, support, and retain volunteer medical professionals and support staff
Track patient outcomes and mission impact over time
Communicate more effectively with donors, partners, and volunteers
Preserve institutional knowledge so our work remains sustainable for future missions
Right now, valuable information about volunteers, patients, equipment, and partnerships lives in multiple places on spreadsheets. With your expertise, we can bring this information together into a streamlined, secure, and easy to use system that saves time, reduces errors, and allows our clinical teams to focus on patient care.
