Create a board and organizational chart that maps current volunteers to clear roles and suggested titles, and deliver concise written guidance on compliant title assignments and role responsibilities. Specifics about current volunteers and constraints will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Clarifying board structure and compliant titles will strengthen Decolonise All's credibility with college and industry partners, support creation of STEAM mentorship pathways, and help sustain curriculum development by ensuring clear accountability and professional relationships that better serve underrepresented communities.

The organization will provide a list of current volunteers, brief role descriptions, and any existing governance notes. Volunteers will collaborate with staff in short weekly sessions to iterate the charts and guidance. Details will be provided and staff will be available to review and implement recommendations.

Organization Mission

The mission of Decolonise All is to create curriculum for underrepresented communities to learn about the foundation of their cultures, leading into the current status of their culture and how they can develop and use their tools in their current society to empower their communities. The way this will be done is to also create career pathways in STEAM (Science Technology Education Art Math) with Industry to increase representation in STEAM and Industry by partnering college institutions with Industry partners for mentorship programs.
