Create a 3-month social media content calendar that includes caption copy and suggested image concepts for each post, plus an engagement plan for responding to comments and tracking interactions. Specific platforms, posting cadence, and brand tone will be discussed with volunteers during kickoff.

This project will help Industry Plus amplify its mission by increasing awareness, building high-impact networking opportunities, and improving access for young finance and commercial real estate professionals. Volunteers will directly support outreach, member engagement, and connections that advance career mobility and representation.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews, including brand voice, target audience, and access to any existing assets. A designated staff contact will collaborate with volunteers. Our team intends to adopt the calendar and engagement plan into regular posting workflows after project completion.
