Our organization needs your help to become more data-driven! We are looking for a volunteer who can audit our current data-intake sources and practices and deliver recommendations for optimizing our efforts.

This pro bono work will ideally be a donation of 2-5 hours per week for one month by a volunteer. Tasks completed during this project may include:

-Audit of our nonprofit's existing data collection practices, including: Program intake form and surveys.
-Assess our current use of data collection tools (red: there is work to be done, yellow: proceed with caution, green: we're doing great!)
-Research alternative evaluation or data collection tools our nonprofit could use
-Present recommendations for how we can optimize our data efforts moving forward
Our mission is to break barriers in access to professional coaching for women in need and the nonprofits that serve them. This year, our goal is to match 500 underserved women with coaching. We have worked with women from all walks of life, and our impact data tells a compelling story. But it could be stronger. When our data and reporting is clear and compelling, we're able to reach even more women and even more nonprofits. We envision a future where our nonprofit can be a later in research publication on the modalities we use. To get there, we need to make sure our surveys are asking the right questions.
We currently survey program participants and the organizations they're associated with. We have prepared previous data survey questions, results, and impact reports for your review. We're looking to understand if we're asking the right questions to make our data appropriate for storytelling, impact reporting, and possible research publication. We have time set aside and we're keen to use your time efficiently. If we're able to meet with you in the next few weeks, your recommendations will be implemented immediate for our next program cohort.

Organization Mission

Glowi is on a mission to end barriers in access to professional coaching for women in need and the nonprofits that serve them. We serve this mission by leveraging certified and credentialed professional coach volunteer hours into a fully managed coaching program deployed in nonprofit organizations serving underrepresented, diverse, and underserved populations of women. We have matched 300+ women with coaching; we're on pace to increase our impact to 500+ women in Q1 2026.
