Financial Analysis

Help us strengthen our financial management practices! We are looking for a volunteer finance professional to assess our current financial situation.

Smith and Bulldog Child Care is seeking a short-term skilled volunteer to support a financial review and organizational “clean-up” for our daycare program. This volunteer will help review and organize past and current financial records, assist with an internal audit–style assessment, and support the establishment of clear, simple, and sustainable financial processes moving forward. The role will also include contributing to the development of a realistic annual budget and providing guidance or light training to board members and daycare leadership to strengthen financial understanding and oversight. An ideal candidate would have a background as an experienced CPA, accountant, bookkeeper, or other financial professional, though this is not required.

All children deserve an enriched environment where they can grow along with their peers in creativity, caring, and a love of learning. Children need a safe, nurturing, fun, learning environment to develop to their full potential. The Dr. Clifford C. Smith and the Little Bulldog Childcare and Learning Centers exist to fulfill this promise to our children. Our centers provide programming that is tailored to allow children to learn through hands-on experiences that enhance and facilitate cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. We collaborate with families to provide the best possible care and education for our future leaders.
