A clear, repeatable process and toolkit to compile past-years impact data, such as a consolidated spreadsheet or dataset template and brief documentation describing data fields and the steps to clean and combine records. Specific sources and file formats will be provided during volunteer interviews.

This project will help our organization measure and communicate outcomes, inform program improvements, and strengthen reporting to supporters, directly supporting our mission to help and build the lives of widows and orphans. Volunteers will enable clearer, evidence-based decisions that improve services.

Details will be provided about available records, staff contacts, and timeline. Success looks like a consolidated, documented dataset and short how-to instructions the team can use to update future years, with regular check-ins between volunteers and staff to refine the approach.
