We are seeking a volunteer to support with the creation of a tailored membership strategy and implementation plan for our theatre/social-justice nonprofit. The volunteer will outline goals, target audiences, engagement and retention approaches, and a phased roadmap. Specific components and details will be defined with volunteers during interviews.
A clear membership strategy will help Ripple Effect Artists deepen audience engagement with plays and talk-backs, build sustained support for social-justice programming, and turn audience empathy into ongoing involvement and action that amplifies the company’s mission and community partnerships.
Details will be provided. The organization will share background materials and connect volunteers with relevant staff and partners for interviews. Timeline, meeting cadence, and scope will be set collaboratively so volunteers can produce usable draft recommendations and an implementation roadmap.
