A cleaned QuickBooks file that corrects account mappings, reconciles GiveButter, Stripe and PayPal merchant accounts, and produces an accurate Profit & Loss report. The volunteer will identify and fix bookkeeping errors, and provide a brief summary of changes and recommended next steps. Exact scope to be defined in conversation.

Accurate books will help Clement Waters steward funds that support creating healing spaces, nearby nature walks, and community food-harvesting programs. Fixing our finances enables successful funding applications, accurate 990s, better program delivery, transparent reporting to partners, and greater community trust and reach.

Details will be provided. I can share the current QuickBooks file, a list of bank/merchant accounts with their login information, and be available to meet with the volunteer to explain our intended nonprofit practices. I have nonprofit financial policy training and will implement agreed-upon corrections.
