We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us improve site navigation and overall clarity, and create a clear, user-friendly "Support Us" donation page. Deliverables include prioritized navigation recommendations, a publish-ready 'Support Us' page layout and content template, and implementation help or handoff. Specifics will be defined with volunteers during the kickoff meeting.
Clear navigation and an easy-to-use Support Us page will help visitors quickly understand our mission and take action. Volunteers will help increase visibility, community engagement, and fundraising capacity to expand equitable access to nature-rich spaces and programming for children.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Our team will collaborate with volunteers, review drafts, provide existing content, and implement or publish agreed updates so the site improvements are used on the live site.

Organization Mission

The research is clear: nature makes kids healthier, happier, and smarter. Spending time outdoors, in nature, is essential for children’s healthy development. Our goal is nature in every neighborhood and every park, to ensure all children in our city have access to outdoor spaces where they can learn, play, and grow. We are committed to strengthening efforts to advance equity in access to nature by increasing opportunities for nature-rich recreation and expanding nature programming at our early childhood centers, schools, and community centers. We also advocate for urban greening as an environmental and community health strategy.
