Google Workspace Newsletter Template

We’re seeking a volunteer to design a clean, reusable newsletter template in Google Workspace that helps us communicate more effectively with our community. The template should include a clear layout, consistent formatting, and repeatable content blocks that reflect our brand voice and are easy for our team to update each month.

Deliverables will include the finalized template and brief usage notes so our team can confidently maintain and adapt it over time. Section details and brand assets will be provided during onboarding.

Due to legal and compliance requirements, we’re currently able to work only with Taproot Plus volunteers located in the United States.

A consistent, easy-to-use newsletter will help the organization share nature-based program updates, outreach, and advocacy more efficiently, increasing community awareness and participation and supporting equitable access to outdoor experiences for children.

Details will be provided during interviews. We will be available for regular check-ins, supply brand guidance and sample content, and test the template in Google Workspace so the team can confidently adopt and use it.
