CRM Optimization

Help us make the most out of our Monday.com CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current Monday.com CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like an all staff brief training session and documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

At Conservation Works, we are passionate about combating climate change, preserving biodiversity, and fostering sustainable practices. Our programs save endangered local wildlife and protect communities against fire. We also include initiatives that connect local farms with schools, ensuring that every child has access to beautiful organic, local food. While our efforts are making a real difference in communities, we recognize the need for streamlined and efficient organizational systems to better track and measure our impact.

We have already started using Monday.com for nonprofits and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
