We are seeking a volunteer to help our organization refine an RFP for executive search firms, build a competency-based candidate scorecard emphasizing B2B 'closer' skills, and design a technical interview process and evaluation rubrics to surface deal-makers. Details and materials will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Hiring a deals-focused Director will institutionalize a partnership engine and free the CEO to expand globally. This will accelerate securing major corporate partnerships and directly scale support for entrepreneurs with disabilities, helping flip misconceptions and value disability as an entrepreneurial asset.

We will provide background on existing partnerships and our $5M+ revenue goal, share relevant materials, and collaborate in regular meetings to iterate deliverables. Details will be provided and the organization will use the RFP, scorecard, and interview guides to run the search.
