We'd like to connect with a volunteer to help us configure our existing Google Workspace account, create and provision up to 10 email accounts, design shared drives and a simple file organization plan for migrating legacy files, enable core collaboration tools (Drive, Docs, Calendar), and provide basic admin handover and usage guidance. Specifics will be provided.

A clear, secure Workspace will help AIM recommit to serving low-income and terminally ill patients by improving staff, board, and volunteer coordination, protecting program records, and enabling smoother collaboration so clinical and supportive services can be delivered more reliably to those in need.

We have an existing Google Workspace account and a legacy work drive; details will be provided. Volunteers will collaborate with our team to get access, review user lists and file locations, and iteratively configure and test accounts and shared drives. We will implement the agreed setup and adopt the handover guidance.
