Fundraising Strategy Support for a High Impact Climate Campaign

We’re looking to work with an experienced fundraiser to help us refine our strategy and messaging for an upcoming large-scale climate campaign. We already have a good framework, but we would appreciate some coaching.

The campaign is aimed at showing decision-makers that there is a demand for real climate action. We know this is going to require a different approach than traditional donation appeals so we’re looking for expert guidance.

We’d like to develop:
-A clear fundraising strategy aligned with our campaign goals
- A compelling donor narrative that explains why this work matters
- Messaging that makes it clear that donations fuel momentum, visibility, and pressure. We're building a movement.

This project is scoped as a fundraising strategy and planning engagement, designed for a volunteer to contribute over a limited number of weeks, not ongoing fundraising assistance.

Our mission is to make climate restoration the goal of climate action. To do that, we're building and showing undeniable public demand for restoration and for real action on climate. Fundraising is essential to making that possible and turning peoples' desire to act into momentum through outreach, education, and visibility.

A Taproot collaboration on fundraising will support us by helping us reach more people and sustain pressure to act on climate.

Before starting, we'll share all the relevant background on our organization, mission, and values as well as provide context on the campaign, goals, and challenges.

We’ll designate a primary point of contact and provide timely feedback. We’re committed to respecting the volunteer’s time and expertise and keeping within the scope of our engagement.
