An assessment and recommendation on whether to use a Facebook Page, Facebook Group, or both, for a nonprofit organization. Additional guidance needed for improving current setup, content and moderation suggestions.
A clear Facebook strategy will help connect people and families to substance use treatment and recovery resources, share multiple pathways to recovery, reduce barriers to care, and make it easier for people to find support through timely posts and community engagement.
My website is operational, and I'm on Facebook, so I'm in a good position to move forward once a direction is determined.
