Help craft an HR handbook for our organization! This project will result in a clear, editable draft employee handbook for Pehla Akshar. The volunteer will help define core policies, compile them into a handbook document, and provide implementation notes.

A formal HR policy and handbook will create clarity, consistency, and better support for staff, strengthening Pehla Akshar's capacity to deliver education services to underprivileged children. Volunteers will help professionalize operations and improve program reliability.

Our team will be available for regular check-ins, respond to questions, and review drafts promptly. We'll collaborate with the volunteer to refine and finalize policies so they can be adopted by staff.
