A prioritized shortlist of 5–7 mission-aligned corporate prospects with rationale, likely entry points (CSR, foundation, business unit), and recommended next steps, plus one concise outreach pitch (deck or memo) and a templated email script. Details will be refined with volunteers.
Securing corporate partners will provide near-term resources and strengthen capacity to sustain place-based work that advances health equity. Volunteers will accelerate fundraising, model values-aligned partnership practices, and help our team convert strategy into actionable outreach that supports community-led change.
We have a recent fundraising assessment and a six-month stabilization plan and will share those materials and current prospect context. Leadership will participate in working sessions and implement the toolkit. Specific timelines and documents will be provided during volunteer interviews.
