We are looking for a volunteer to help us find a new CRM solution and create a plan for implementation. This project will consist of: conducting a needs assessment, recommending a CRM platform, and developing an implementation plan that includes a phased migration and rollout.

A CRM will help The City Tutors track donors, volunteers, and outcomes more effectively, improving scheduling, increasing donations, and access to no-cost learning and career services for NYC residents. Volunteer support will enable more efficient and scalable service delivery.

We have already started gathering high-level business requirements. Our team will share current process notes, staff contacts for interviews, and sample data to help the volunteer assess needs. We commit to timely feedback and collaboration to operationalize recommendations.
