We are looking to work with a volunteer to conduct a concise website audit that assesses current design, usability, and performance and provides a clear recommendation on whether to refresh or overhaul the site. The volunteer will deliver prioritized recommendations and a suggested next-step roadmap. Specifics (scope, pages, data access) will be discussed with the volunteer.

A clearer, more usable website will help expand Opera reach and engage diverse and underserved audiences, increase access to educational programming and free choral training, and better promote artists and concerts. Volunteer support will directly strengthen outreach, audience growth, and accessibility.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer; specifics such as site access, analytics, goals, and timelines will be provided during interviews. Our team will be responsive to questions, review draft findings, and work with the volunteer to turn recommendations into actionable next steps.

ADVANCE (The Association for the Development of Vocal Artistry & Neighborhood Cultural Enrichment) is a 501 (c) 3 community based vocal arts organization committed to understanding, appreciating, and enjoying classical music for everyone, Minority-founded and emphasizing Black themes, ADVANCE presents high quality educational programming, attracts and sustains diverse audiences, and promotes the growth and integrity of its artists. The Manhattan Opera Repertory Ensemble (MORE Opera) produces opera concerts and provides free choral training under the umbrella of ADVANCE. MORE Opera makes opera accessible to the general public and presents concerts and educational programs to under-served audiences including disadvantaged youths and elderly persons throughout Manhattan and beyond.
