We are looking for a volunteer to help us be more strategic in our work with volunteers. During this project, you will create a volunteer engagement framework including clear role descriptions, an onboarding workflow, a retention strategy, written policies, a participation model, partnership criteria, and measurable impact metrics.

A structured volunteer framework will help Open Doors attract and retain volunteers who support education, enrichment, advocacy, and mental health services, improving program continuity, service quality, and family resilience so youth and families build stability and brighter futures.

Our team will collaborate closely with volunteers, share existing materials as available, make staff available for regular check-ins, and commit to using the final framework to improve volunteer programs.
