A focused PR strategy aligned with Creshendo’s mission and capacity, a prioritized media target list, messaging angles tailored to different audiences, a simple reusable pitch template, recommendations for op-eds and speaking placements, and a practical 3–6 month roadmap. Specifics will be defined with volunteers.

This media roadmap will raise visibility for refugee and migrant stories, counter misrepresentation, and create pathways to partnerships, funding, and opportunities that support integration and economic mobility. Volunteers will help amplify community-led programs and strengthen clients' ability to achieve self-reliance and belonging.

You will work directly with our Executive Director and Communications Lead; we will provide program summaries, audience and partnership background, existing messaging and impact highlights, and access to team members as needed. We value clear communication and are ready to implement the roadmap; details will be provided during kickoff.
