We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help u s create a "Social Media Toolkit" with 10 templates and a 3-month content calendar that uses AI tools to save you time. We are seeking a volunteer to develop a Social Media Strategy and an AI-Powered Content Toolkit to help Amazing House of Hope build visibility, strengthen community engagement, and create a sustainable social media system for long-term growth.

This project will include:
-A 3-month strategic content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
-Setup and training on 1–2 AI tools (such as Canva and ChatGPT) to help our small team efficiently create high-quality content.
-5–10 branded templates that can be easily customized to maintain a consistent and professional presence across platforms.
-An automation workflow for scheduling content in advance, helping our leadership team save time while maintaining consistent outreach.
-Recommendations for best practices to increase awareness, engagement, fundraising visibility, volunteer recruitment, and community partnerships.

The goal of this project is to provide our organization with the tools, systems, and resources needed to maintain a consistent, mission-driven social media presence long after the volunteer project is completed.
Amazing House of Hope Autism Research & Development Center, Inc. was founded to address critical gaps in services for autistic young adults with significant behavioral, social, emotional, sensory, transitional, and vocational support needs. Our long-term vision is to develop a first-of-its-kind residential, vocational, and research-based program that helps individuals build independence, improve quality of life, and reach their fullest potential.

A strong social media presence is essential to achieving that vision. This project will help us increase awareness of the challenges faced by autistic individuals and their families, share valuable resources with the community, recruit volunteers and supporters, strengthen partnerships, and expand our fundraising efforts.

By helping us develop a sustainable social media strategy and content system, the volunteer will enable us to consistently share our mission, tell impactful stories, and connect with individuals who may never have otherwise learned about our work. Increased visibility will help us build the relationships, community support, and resources needed to create life-changing opportunities for autistic young adults and their families.

The volunteer's contribution will have a lasting impact by helping us establish the foundation for long-term growth, community engagement, and organizational sustainability. Ultimately, their work will help amplify the voices of individuals and families affected by autism and bring us one step closer to creating meaningful, lasting change in the autism community.
Amazing House of Hope Autism Research & Development Center, Inc. is committed to ensuring this project's success and implementing the volunteers' recommendations. Our leadership team recognizes the importance of establishing a strong and sustainable social media presence to increase awareness, strengthen community engagement, support fundraising efforts, and advance our mission.

To prepare for this project, we have already established our organizational branding, website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and key messaging related to our mission, programs, and target audiences. We have also identified our primary social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) and have begun building content through organizational updates, educational information, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach efforts.

The selected volunteer will have access to the information, materials, and organizational leadership needed to complete the project successfully. We are prepared to provide timely feedback, participate in meetings, answer questions, and collaborate throughout the project.

The tools, templates, content calendar, and processes developed through this project will be actively implemented by our leadership team and future volunteers. Our goal is to create a sustainable system that allows us to consistently communicate our mission, engage supporters, recruit volunteers, increase community awareness, and support long-term organizational growth.
