Key tasks include:
Collaborating with our team to define 2-3 priority use cases for the AI guidance tool.
Assessing our existing data (transcripts and tools) for AI readiness.
Researching and recommending appropriate AI approaches (e.g., RAG, custom GPTs, or no-code solutions).
Developing a lightweight prototype or a detailed technical proof-of-concept demonstrating how users would interact with the guidance flows.
Providing documentation for future implementation."
This project will surface the network's collective wisdom into on-demand, context-aware guidance for incubator leaders in the Global South, expanding peer learning and capacity building so incubators and the entrepreneurs they support can grow more inclusive, equitable, and resilient.
We bring two years of Growth Guidance Program materials (recordings, transcripts, tools) and leadership support. We'll provide access to content, stakeholders for interviews, and time to iterate with the volunteer; specifics and constraints will be discussed during interviews.
