Google Ads Audit and Staff Training
This project will help strengthen the operational foundation that makes our work possible. By conducting a one-time audit, organizing documentation, and providing guidance on best practices, a skilled volunteer will help us build a clear system that our internal team can confidently manage moving forward. This ensures our processes remain strong, organized, and compliant as we continue to grow.
The impact of this support reaches far beyond paperwork. Strong internal systems allow us to spend less time troubleshooting administrative gaps and more time focused on what matters most—serving children and youth impacted by foster care. When our infrastructure is solid, our programs run more smoothly, our resources stretch further, and the young people we serve receive consistent, high-quality support.
A volunteer who steps into this role will play an important part in helping us build capacity for the future. Their expertise will help ensure our organization remains strong, efficient, and prepared to continue expanding opportunities for the children and youth we serve throughout our community.
Our leadership team is fully supportive of this effort and understands the value of using Google Ads as part of our outreach and awareness strategy. We have gathered the key materials a volunteer would need to begin quickly, including our website content, program descriptions, messaging, and target audiences. Because One Matters already has clear programs and calls to action—volunteering, donating, and supporting our initiatives—which provides strong content for effective campaigns.
We are also committed to learning from the process. In addition to helping us review and strengthen the current campaign, we hope the volunteer can provide guidance and light training so someone on our team can confidently manage and optimize the ads moving forward. This ensures the work continues long after the project ends.
Our team is responsive, organized, and ready to collaborate. We will provide quick feedback, access to the necessary platforms, and clear communication throughout the process so the volunteer can focus on what they do best. Ultimately, this partnership will help us expand awareness of our programs and connect more community members with opportunities to support children and youth impacted by foster care.
