QuickBooks Bookkeeping Set Up

Help our organization get started in QuickBooks! This volunteer will set up bookkeeping in QuickBooks, create a reusable monthly budget template, and prepare initial financial statements for the organization. Specifics about accounts, data access, and timelines will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Reliable bookkeeping and clear financials will strengthen our nonprofit’s transparency and sustainability, enabling better stewardship of funds and helping us grow safe, inclusive volunteer opportunities that amplify LGBTQA+ voices and serve community needs.

Details will be provided about existing records and access. Our team will be responsive, designate a point-person to work with volunteers, and commit to reviewing and implementing the recommended bookkeeping setup, budget template, and financial statements.
