Squarespace Registration Integration and Brand Alignment
Functional Integration:
-Create and integrate a membership registration application directly on our site.
-Set up a clear registration flow for individual programs.
-Ensure these forms sync automatically with our Google Info mailbox (e.g., via Google Sheets integration or automated email notifications) to help our small team manage inquiries efficiently.
Brand Alignment & Consistency:
-Review our existing printed and digital marketing materials to ensure our website's visual identity is consistent with our established brand.
-Update site elements (colors, fonts, and layouts) to strengthen our professional image and build trust with the cancer support community we serve.
Deliverables:
-A fully functional membership and program registration system on Squarespace.
-A "bridge" (native integration or Zapier) that sends form data to our Google Workspace.
-A brief visual style guide or updated web styles that align our site with our physical marketing collateral.
Integrating a seamless membership application and program registration system on Squarespace, you will help us:
• Increase Accessibility: Ensure that survivors and caregivers can sign up for life-changing wellness programs 24/7 without technical friction.
• Improve Support Delivery: Automating our data flow into our Google Workspace allows our small team to spend less time on administration and more time providing direct emotional and physical support.
• Build Trust through Professionalism: A cohesive brand across our digital and printed materials reassures our community that they are in professional, capable hands during their most vulnerable moments.
• Technical Access: We have administrative access to our Squarespace account and our Google Workspace (info mailbox) ready for the volunteer.
• Brand Assets: We have compiled a folder of high-resolution logos, brand fonts, and current printed marketing materials (PDFs/brochures) to ensure a consistent look and feel.
• Content & Visuals: Drafted the initial language for the program descriptions and membership application.
• Clear Objectives: We have a list of the specific stakeholder groups and target audiences this site serves, along with examples of website flows we admire.
• Internal Buy-in: Our leadership is fully supportive of this project and prepared to provide timely feedback to keep the project on schedule.
