A repeatable pitch and concise recruitment approach for corporate volunteer groups, including a short outreach script, potential target partners, and brief implementation notes. Specific templates and channels can be refined with the volunteer; this project is a first for us, and we're open to ideas to improve your effectiveness and getting the most out of your time.

This project will help recruit corporate volunteers to fill seasonal gaps so our inclusive weekend enrichment programs continue year-round. Keeping programs well-staffed ensures participants of all abilities have ongoing access to safe, enriching experiences that reduce the fear of otherness.

We will provide program background, current volunteer role descriptions, key dates (mostly weekends; June is a priority), and a staff point of contact. Our programs are volunteer-run and stable; the volunteer may work largely self-guided and we will review drafts and give timely feedback for implementation.
